Having owned OnCue since 2003, Lea leads the team with a strong understanding of technology, marketing and project management skills. She’ll ensure your project stays on-track by making sure the necessary resources and people are available when they’re needed. Her passion for business means she’s always on the lookout for new ways to add value to clients or find more streamlined, smarter ways to help you succeed in what you do.
Shelley joined OnCue in 2013, bringing a wealth of event and administration management experience. Shelley is a creative problem-solver and a valuable asset to the team with her keen eye for detail and exceptional time management skills. Her role includes, conference and event management, contract negotiation and operations.

Jesse is passionate about helping local businesses develop messaging and content that connects with their audience. He has a range of skills that enable him to communicate clearly through his advertising education and implement his ideas visually and practically through his graphic design and photography skill sets. Jesse brings a personable and empathetic approach to connecting with clients to help bring their project concepts to fruition.

She combines her creative and administrative backgrounds to provide excellent customer service and find creative solutions for our clients. She is passionate about using her skills to help mission-driven organisations achieve their goals. Her friendly, approachable nature and multi-tasking capabilities make her a sought-after professional.
I.T. & ADMIN CO-ORDINATOR
Jenna joined OnCue with a diverse background in organisation management, hospitality and IT solutions. Jenna’s responsibilities include new technologies, database and event management, providing customer service to association members face-to-face, at events and over the phone, and managing registrations and online forms.
Nicki van Asch
Nicki has over a decade of experience in the conference and event industry. Her career journey has taken her around the world in various capacities and has contributed to a toolkit of tricks and experience honed for the various facets of marketing management and project management delivery. Nicki enjoys constantly seeking new and efficient methods to improve best practices in all things marketing.

Hannah is a fully qualified Travel Agent which requires a high level of attention to detail.
Hannah takes a huge amount of pride in her customer service and time management and has a high standard of organisational skills.
